We wanted a new deck and we thought that we knew what would be good; Chris sat down with us and went through the detail of the job, suggested possible alternatives, costed various options, and led us to a mutually agreed solution. Chris then undertook and completed every detail to our total satisfaction - he ordered the required supplies, arranged their delivery, moved our bits & pieces out of his way and replaced them afterwards, undertook the construction, cleaned away all debris afterwards, and stained the completed work. All that we needed to do was watch progress and pay him the agreed amount.
